Work ethic is an absolute must when it comes to a business being successful. This means having an owner’s mentality and not one of an employee. Owners Mindset: I never “clock in or clock out”.

The vision

The creation of McLellan Hill

The concept and vision for the group has existed in minds and on paper for quite some time. The main McLellan Hill directors, Sean McLellan and Joshua Hill, have been a part of many business ventures over the years. But it wasn’t until they combined forces that they achieved the full vision for the group.

The company was officially founded in 2018. With the first company of the group being an eCommerce business selling commercial and industrial food dehydrators. The main managing company was launched in Australia first, where the directors lived, and then shortly opened up for the American market. Now one of the largest global brands of commercial food dehydrators, their company has offices in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
